What causes can I help?

Depending on the brand, you may support your favorite charity or choose a cause from a list curated by the brand. Either way, the choice is yours!

Can I help more causes at the same time?

You can help more causes, but one at a time. The same contribution can’t be distributed to more causes.

Can I change the cause I support?

Of course! You can change your options from your account: Settings - Account Data - Change favorite cause.

What if my favorite cause is not on your list?

There is an option to add your favorite cause when you generate a contribution through purchasing or using the services of a participating brand. Follow the steps to add your cause and you will be all set! Otherwise, you may speak with the contact person for your cause and ask them to register on in/PACT. Also, please keep in mind that some brands curate the list of causes to which they wish to contribute. Therefore, you won't be able to add a new cause. However, you can always send us an email at support@inpactnow.com and if enough people ask for the same cause, we will recommend it to the brand.

What exactly is a contribution?

Contributions are a percentage of a brand's donation pool, which they pledged as part of registering with in/PACT. Brands offer contributions as a small reward for various actions, like subscribing to a newsletter or making a purchase. To claim your contribution, you simply click a button via email. Once you've claimed a contribution, the money is immediately directed towards the account of the cause you chose.

Where do the contributions come from?

Brands pledge a certain amount to contribute, creating a pool of potential donations. All you have to do is redeem a small percentage for the cause of your choice. We handle all the rest!

How much it will cost me?

Our services are free for individual users / supporters.

What are GoodCoins?

GoodCoin is the virtual currency of doing good. Every transaction with in/PACT is done through GoodCoins. You can see all your claimed contributions on your impact counter. When a cause wishes to cash out, it receives the money in U.S. dollars.

How will I know which brands are participating?

The easiest way is to check our Facebook Page. This is the place where we post all the latest news.
